The hiatus was broken on September 2020, when she announced that she had completed her second book and that it was available for sale. The blog went on hiatus starting late 2013, though in 2015 Allie appeared on an episode of the YouTube Geek & Sundry series Spellslingers, where she showed her geek cred by coming within just a few HP of defeating host Sean Plott in a game of Magic: The Gathering.
